  • Black marker
  • Sewing clips
  • Tailors chalk
  • Marker

Steps

Print and cut the template

  • Good to knowNever cut paper with fabric scissors, they will get dull very fast.
  • Print out the template on 2 A4 or US letter sheets of paper.
  • Cut out along the solid lines.

Tracing and cut

  • Good to knowNever cut paper using fabric scissors. They will get dull very fast.
  • Trace the template on the felt using the tailors chalk.
  • Use the fabric scissors to cut the felt.

Trace the sewing lines

  • Cut the templates along the dotted lines. These will be your sewing guides.
  • Trace the template onto the pieces you cut earlier.

Draw the face

  • Use the marker to draw the bunny face on the side where there are no sewing lines.

Sew the ears

  • Sew the small pink ear pieces onto the white felt.

Sew the basket

  • Fold the big piece in half so that the face is on the inside.
  • Use the sewing clips to clip the fabric together.
  • Align the sides and sew along the sewing line.

Sew in the bottom

  • Clip the circular bottom piece onto the side wall.
  • Sew alonbg the line.

  • Clip the handle onto the basket.
  • Sew the handle onto the basket by sewing a square with an X in it.

Turn outside-out

  • Turn the basket outside out.
